Visited Jio PVR recently for an evening weekday show. The theatre itself was extremely clean, the seats were very comfortable, and the cooling was VERY strong — honestly, carry a jacket if you’re planning to watch a movie there because it gets quite cold inside. The overall ambience and maintenance were excellent. Ticket pricing between ₹250–₹500 feels reasonable considering the cleanliness and comfort, especially if booked smartly on weekdays. But as usual with PVR, the food pricing is absurd. Ordered a ₹350 Schezwan Paneer Wrap and it was a complete waste of money. The taste was terrible and definitely not worth the price. They serve it properly with a tray, plate, and cutlery, but realistically, how convenient is that setup inside a movie theatre while watching a film in the dark? Popcorn and drinks are also heavily overpriced, and the quantity doesn’t justify the cost either. Overall: great theatre experience for seating, cleanliness, and ambience — but avoid spending too much on the food unless you’re okay paying premium prices for average quality.

Huge thanks to Rajat for making our first cinema experience in Mumbai such a great one. From the moment we reached out, he handled everything — tickets, seats, overall setup — and made it completely seamless. He clearly knows exactly what he’s doing and genuinely cares about the experience. It didn’t feel like standard service — more like someone taking real ownership to make sure we had the best possible time. And Maison INOX itself is awesome — easily one of the best cinema experiences we’ve had anywhere. Proper premium feel, great atmosphere, and just a level above. Rajat really set the tone for the whole experience. Big thank you — we’ll definitely be back.

Went to INOX to watch a movie, but most of the theatre was littered with uncleaned trash. When I asked a staff member to clean it, she rudely replied that it wasn’t her responsibility. Since when has it become acceptable for staff to respond this way?

I am writing this review to document a serious food safety...

I am writing this review to document a serious food safety incident at PVR, Jio World Plaza, BKC. On 15 January 2026, I attended the 6:00 PM show of Avatar 3 in Audi 6. Before the movie, I purchased food from the PVR counter. While eating it during the show, the final bite contained a visible piece of glass that entered my mouth. I immediately spat it out. The fact that I was not physically injured was purely a matter of luck, this could have caused severe internal injury or worse. I have video evidence clearly showing the glass shard in the food. What has been equally disturbing is the way this matter has been handled since. Despite multiple emails, follow-ups, and assurances that the issue was being taken seriously, there were significant delays, inconsistent communication, and ultimately a response stating that no lapse could be established at their end. The only gesture initially offered was complimentary movie tickets, which is entirely inappropriate for a life-threatening food safety incident. As a paying customer, being exposed to such a risk and then experiencing weeks of delay and deflection has been deeply distressing. This review is being posted so that other patrons are aware and so that this concern is documented publicly after private escalation failed to lead to a responsible resolution. I hope PVR reviews its food safety accountability and customer handling practices more seriously going forward.
